Privacy Policy
This page hosts one consulting report prepared by Cavmir for its recipient. It is unlisted and not indexed. This policy explains what happens to your data when you open it.
Who we are
Trousdale Digital Technologies, a Wyoming company operating as Cavmir. Principal office: 25 SE 2nd Avenue, Suite 504, Miami, Florida 33131, United States. Privacy contact: nancy@cavmir.com.
What we collect
Nothing through this page itself. It has no forms, sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, and serves its fonts and images from our own hosting. Opening the report or downloading the PDF creates no account and sends us no personal data.
Hosting data
The page is served by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and secure it, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, as any web host does. Cloudflare retains these logs under its own retention rules; we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in serving and protecting the page (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not sell or share personal information in the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data about you, under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA, Brazil's LGPD or the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Because this page collects no personal data, there is normally nothing to act on, but you can write to nancy@cavmir.com with any request and we will answer within 30 days. EU and UK residents may also complain to their supervisory authority.
Children
This page is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
